What Comes With It
A uniform programme is a logistics job as much as a manufacturing one. These are included rather than quoted separately.
Size Sets Per Department
Full grading S to XXXL and beyond, with per-department size curves you supply or we build from a fit session.
Decoration In House
Embroidery, screen and heat transfer, name badges and department markers — all on our own floors, so decoration adds no queue.
Packed To Department
Cartons packed and labelled per site, per department or per person, so nothing is re-sorted on arrival.
Repeat Consistency
Batch records kept per shade so the next intake matches the last one. This is what most uniform programmes fail on.
Uniform Questions
What is the minimum for a uniform order?
100 pieces per style per colour, and 500 kg per fabric quality if you are buying cloth alone. A four-department programme in two colours clears that comfortably.
Can you match our existing uniform?
Yes. Send a garment and we copy the block, match the shade from lab dip through to bulk, and match the fabric construction or knit it closer to your specification.
Do you provide lab test reports?
Yes. Third-party lab test reports are provided for production on request — composition, GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness and any additional test your market requires.
How do repeat intakes work?
Batch records are kept per shade and per style, so a second intake six months later lands on the same colour and the same measurements.
