Privacy Policy
This policy covers the enquiry data you send us through this website and through WhatsApp.
Who Is Responsible
AGA Traders, Jamshed Road, Karachi 74400, Sindh, Pakistan, together with its group companies at Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE and Ajman New Industrial Area, Ajman, UAE, is responsible for the data described here. Write to support@agatraders.com with any question about it.
What We Collect
From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the product type and the quantity you ask about, plus anything you write in the message field. From WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of your messages, including any tech pack or artwork you send. We collect nothing else, and we do not buy or append data from other sources.
Why We Hold It
To answer your enquiry, quote, arrange samples and run the order. That is the only use. We do not send marketing to enquiry addresses unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent your details.
Who Processes It
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. Email sits with our email provider. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms. Our website host serves the pages. Nobody else receives your enquiry.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept for twelve months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records tied to a placed order are kept longer where export, tax or customs rules require it.
Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@agatraders.com and we will act within thirty days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Where Data Goes
We operate from Pakistan and the UAE, so an enquiry sent from elsewhere is read and stored in those countries. Sending us an enquiry is your agreement to that transfer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be summarised here rather than made quietly.
Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every quotation, sample and order unless we agree something different in writing. Placing an order is acceptance of them.
