The polo has been our highest-volume garment since the group started, and every stage of it happens on our own floors — knitted, dyed, cut and stitched. Dri-fit micro piqué and cotton-rich honeycomb, from 100 pieces per style per colour.
Two Ways To Order
Both run on the same floors and the same cloth. The difference is only whether you start from our block or your own.
Readymade
Two polos already running in our own shades — 13 in dri-fit, 17 in honeycomb. Cut, sewn and held on blocks we run weekly, so sampling is short and pricing holds. Add your print, embroidery and labels and it ships as yours. Browse them on the readymade collection.
Custom & OEM
Your block, your GSM, your collar and placket, your trims. Send a tech pack or a garment to copy and we grade the full size set from it, matching any Pantone from lab dip through to bulk. Full OEM production from cloth to carton.
The Two We Run
In stock, in our own shades, sizes S to XXXL. Both are 200 to 230 GSM with a plain self collar and a three-button placket, no tipping and no contrast trim unless you ask for it.
Fabrics We Knit For Polos
All four are produced in house and dyed to our own shade library. Weight and blend are built to your specification rather than to a stock list — the full range is on the fabrics page.
Honeycomb 230 GSM
Cotton or poly-cotton piqué. Raised waffle face, breathable, and forgiving on creases through a working day.
Dri-Fit 220 GSM
100% polyester micro-knit. Moisture-wicking, quick-dry and colour-fast, and it takes sublimation cleanly.
Interlock 240 GSM
Double knit, smooth on both faces, stable with no edge curl. The choice for a structured corporate polo.
Polyester PK 180 GSM
Honeycomb piqué in polyester. Light, textured and quick-dry, built for sports polos and jerseys.
What You Specify
Every detail below is set by you at tech pack stage. Send a garment to copy and we match it, or start from our block and change what you need.
Collar & Placket
Self collar or rib knit, two or three button, with or without contrast tipping. Placket width and button colour to your spec.
Fit & Sizing
Regular, slim or relaxed, S to XXXL as standard and extended on request. Per-department size curves for uniform programmes.
Trims & Finish
Side vents, taped back neck, twin-needle hem, woven or printed labels, and buttons matched or contrasted.
Decoration
Embroidery, screen, digital and sublimation print, plus badges and name tags — all in house, so decoration adds no external queue.
Polo Questions
Piqué or dri-fit — which should I order?
Cotton-rich honeycomb for corporate, hospitality and retail, where hand feel and appearance matter. Polyester dri-fit for sport, outdoor work and hot climates, where moisture management and colour fastness matter more.
What is the minimum order for polos?
100 pieces per style per colour. Three colours of one polo is 300 pieces run on a single block, which keeps the unit price closer to a larger order.
Can you match our corporate colour?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we match it from lab dip through to bulk, with batch records kept per shade so next year's intake lands on the same colour.
Do you export polos in volume?
Yes. The polo is our highest-volume garment and has been since the group started. Quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with export documentation handled by us.
