What is your minimum order quantity?
Apparel starts at 100 pieces per style, per colour. Fabric by the roll starts at 500 kg per colour. Trial runs and full programmes are both welcome.
How long does a sample take?
A pre-production sample is ready in 7 to 12 days. Bulk production runs 15 to 30 days after you approve that sample.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we match it from lab dip through to bulk, with batch records kept per shade so repeat orders land on the first colour.
Do you make my own designs, or only your styles?
Both. Send a tech pack and we produce it as full OEM from cloth to carton, or pick a style from the readymade collection and we run it under your label.
Can you provide lab test reports?
Yes. Third-party lab test reports are provided for production on request — composition, GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness and any additional test your market requires.

Knit and woven, in-house from yarn through dyeing and finishing. Twenty-five running qualities from 180 to 350 GSM — single jersey, piqué, interlock, fleece and French terry — each with its own shade range, plus custom Pantone matching and made to order fabric built to your GSM rather than to our stock list. If it is not on the list below, send the spec or a swatch and we will match it.
The Full Range
Every quality below is produced in house and dyed to an extensive shade library — a French terry fabric supplier, jersey knitter and woven mill in one building. Weights and blends are tailored to your order, and any colour can be matched to your Pantone or lab dip.
GSM = grams per square metre, the fabric weight. Swatch colours are on-screen approximations. Final shades are confirmed against physical lab dips before bulk.

Because the fabric is ours, the calendar is ours. A cut and sew manufacturer with the mill attached: cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, labelling and export packing all sit on our own floors, so a rush programme does not queue behind another mill's orders. Custom Hoodies & Sweatshirts
Pullover and zip hoodies, crewnecks and joggers cut from our own fleece and French terry, 280 and 350 GSM. See the custom hoodie manufacturer page. Printed, embroidered or 3D puff decoration, from 100 pieces per style per colour.
Uniforms & Workwear
Corporate, hospitality, security and industrial uniforms produced in Karachi and Ajman. Poly-cotton and PV suiting, size-set grading, name tapes and reflective tape, packed by size and department.
T-Shirts
Single jersey round necks in 160 and 200 GSM, plus heavier and oversized blocks on request. See the t-shirt manufacturer page. Tubular or side seam, with acid and stone wash finishes done after stitching.
Polo Shirts
Dry-fit micro piqué and cotton honeycomb polos with tipped or self collars. Moisture-managed polyester for sport and corporate wear, cotton rich for premium retail programmes.
Sportswear & Streetwear
Team kit, training tops, shorts and joggers in mesh, PK and interlock polyester, ready for sublimation. Streetwear runs in heavy jersey and 3-thread fleece for private label programmes.

Set styles we knit and cut ourselves, in our own shades. Some sit in stock and ship as they are. Others are made to order on the same blocks, which is why turnaround is short and pricing holds. Decorate any of them with your print, embroidery and labels.

For more than fifteen years AGAtraders has manufactured and exported apparel from Pakistan to buyers around the world. What began as a Karachi textile trading house now operates as a two-country group with its own offices and factories in Karachi, Pakistan and in Dubai and Ajman, UAE.
We are vertically integrated. We manufacture our own knit and woven fabric and convert it into finished garments ourselves. Knitting, dyeing and finishing, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, inspection and export packing all sit inside our own operations. That is why we can hold quality, control cost and commit to a delivery date with confidence.
47 Lines is the readymade knitwear division and the engine of the group, running out of Karachi and Dubai. Kamani Textiles trades and exports fabric out of Ajman. Reliance Garments Workshop runs uniform production in the UAE. One management, one quality standard, four names on the paperwork.
