Single jersey knitted, dyed and finished in house, then cut and stitched on our own floors. 160 and 200 GSM as standard, 260 GSM garment-washed for acid and stone wash. From 100 pieces per style per colour.
The Weights We Run
Three standing qualities cover most programmes. Anything outside them is knitted to your specification — see the full fabric range for constructions and shades.
160 GSM
Light single jersey. Soft, breathable, the weight for warm markets, promotional runs and inner layers.
200 GSM
Mid-weight single jersey. Fuller hand, more opaque, holds a print better. The default for retail and uniform tees.
260 GSM Washed
Heavy jersey, garment washed after stitching for acid and stone wash finishes. Every piece comes out slightly different, which is the point.
Blends
100% cotton, CVC or poly-cotton. Combed or carded, with custom blends and GSM built to spec.
Construction & Fit
Decided at tech pack stage. Send measurements or a garment to copy and we grade the full size set from it.
Tubular Or Side Seam
Tubular runs cheaper and faster with no side seam. Side seam gives a cleaner drape and a better fit on a tailored block.
Collar
Ribbed collar in matching or contrast composition, with or without back neck tape. Shoulder-to-shoulder taping on request.
Fit
Regular, slim, oversized or dropped shoulder. Sizes S to XXXL as standard, extended on request.
Stitching
Single or twin needle hem and sleeve, coverstitch, and a stitch density set to the fabric rather than to the machine's default.

Both are cut on blocks we run every week, which is why sampling is short. Decorate either with your print, embroidery and labels — the full set sits on the readymade collection.
Round Neck Tee
Single jersey, 160 and 200 GSM. Cotton, CVC or poly-cotton. Sizes S to XXXL.
Acid Wash Tee
260 GSM heavy jersey, 100% cotton, acid or stone washed after stitching. Twelve wash shades.
T-Shirt Questions
What GSM should a t-shirt be?
160 GSM for a light, breathable tee and warm markets. 200 GSM for retail weight with better opacity and print behaviour. 260 GSM for heavy and washed styles.
What is the minimum order?
100 pieces per style per colour. Three colours of the same tee is 300 pieces, run on one block.
Tubular or side seam?
Tubular has no side seam, costs less and runs faster. Side seam drapes better and fits a tailored block properly. We run both.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we match it from lab dip through to bulk, with batch records kept per shade.
