We knit the fleece, dye it, cut it and stitch it on our own floors. Pullover and full-zip, 280 and 350 GSM, from 100 pieces per style per colour. Because the cloth is ours, the weight and the hand are set by your spec rather than by what a mill has in stock.
The Two Weights We Run
Most hoodie programmes land on one of these. Both are knitted in house, in cotton-rich or poly-cotton, and both take any shade from our shade library.
280 GSM Fleece
Loop-back fleece, brushed inside. The standard weight for a year-round hoodie: soft against the skin, holds its shape, prints cleanly. Also runs unbrushed as French terry for warmer climates.
350 GSM 3-Thread
Three-thread loop-back, brushed. Dense, structured and noticeably heavier in the hand. The weight buyers mean when they say premium or winter.
Fabric Options
Cotton-rich, poly-cotton or polyester. Custom blends and GSM built to your specification, with lab dips approved before bulk.
Shade Matching
Any Pantone matched from lab dip through to bulk, with batch records kept per shade so a repeat order lands on the first colour.
Two Styles, Both In Stock
Cut on blocks we already run, which is why sampling is short and pricing holds. Both are decorated in house and can be relabelled entirely as yours. The full set of styles sits on the readymade collection.
Pullover Hoodie
Kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuff and hem, drawcord hood. 280 and 350 GSM, sizes S to XXXL.
Zip-Up Hoodie
Metal zipper, steel-tipped drawcords, twin pockets. 280 and 350 GSM, sizes S to XXXL.
What You Can Change
Every one of these is decided by you at tech pack stage. If a detail is not listed, ask — the answer is usually yes, because the whole chain sits in our own group.
Fit & Block
Regular, oversized or dropped shoulder. Send measurements or a garment to copy and we grade the full size set.
Trims
Metal or nylon zip, cord colour and tip, eyelets, ribbing composition, tipping on cuff and hem.
Decoration
Screen, digital, sublimation and heat transfer print, embroidery, 3D puff, patches — all on our own floors, so decoration adds no external queue.
Labelling
Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hang tags, polybags and cartons packed to your specification.
Hoodie Questions
What GSM is best for hoodies?
Most hoodies sit at 280 GSM in loop-back fleece or French terry. For a heavier, structured winter piece, 3-thread fleece at 350 GSM. We knit both in house.
What is the difference between fleece and French terry?
The face is knitted the same way. Fleece is brushed on the inside, raising a soft pile that holds warmth. French terry leaves the loops unbrushed, so it is lighter, more breathable and keeps its shape better in warm climates.
What is the minimum order for hoodies?
100 pieces per style per colour. A three-colour run is 300 pieces, and the same block can carry all three, which keeps the price closer to a larger order.
How long does a hoodie order take?
A pre-production sample in 7 to 12 days, then 15 to 30 days for bulk after you approve it. Decoration is in house, so it does not extend that.
